Processing takes up to 3 - 5 business days before shipment.

Orders begin processing immediately, limiting changes.

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

AejMej strictly enforces fraud prevention. Suspected fraudulent orders will be flagged and canceled.

We can only correct minor address errors but cannot change the address entirely. To cancel an order with the wrong address, contact us at info@aejmej.com. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees apply.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also choose to pay with Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay or After Pay!

If you forgot your discount code at checkout, please save it towards your next order as we are unable to cancel orders.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Domestic orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after your order is processed. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

 For international orders, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. Trust us babe - we're worth the wait!

AejMej is not liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

Please note: We're not currently set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds once the claim is paid out.

If you received a shipping confirmation email, then your order has been dispatched and is currently with the carrier in which we are unable to provide tracking updates.

However, carrier delays may occur due to global supply chain delays, customs, public holidays, limited cargo capacity and increased global package volume.

For more questions about delays, please contact the carrier's customer service team directly with your tracking number.

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please email us immediately with the correct details.

Please note, shipping address modifications are not always guaranteed in time before fulfilment as we receive many requests and may not be able to make updates.

Ground Shipping (5 to 7 business days): $10.88 and up based on weight.

Express (2 to 3 business days): $20.88 and up based on weight

Fastest Priority (1 business day): $44.88 and up based on weight

All sales are final; we do not offer returns or exchanges.

We ensure quality control by inspecting, photographing, and recording each piece before shipping. Every garment includes a detailed description - please review sizing and measurements carefully before purchasing.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, contact us via email within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. Customer must include photos of the damaged product.

Every product is inspected, quality checked and VIDEO recorded before it is dispatched to ensure your requirements are met and for this reason we do not offer any exchanges and/or refunds on our products.
